Because the initial lawsuit, which was hinted at by that Bebuzz attorney, only named Diddy publicly.  He's made vague  comments about two other these involved in this particular case since October.  Allegedly, Jay Z, Diddy and the unknown female celebrity was named by the accuser and the attorney contacted Jay Z  to settle or get sued civilly.  That's how I understand it.

Y'all really need to learn how to wait and observe. Those jumping to bash Jay (and Bey for some reason) are pathetic. We don't know any details. He has denied it, viciously. There's no proof or facts we've seen yet aside from an allegation-- something anyone could make. 

 

On the flip side, I don't think we should run to shout for his innocence.

Vile and disgusting. Rape is already the most reprehensible thing a human can do but to a child? He's a monster if this is true and there's really not even enough insults to through at a depraved demon like that. I hope the victim gets compensation and if the statute of limitations is not up, I hope NY can actually bring criminal charges against him.

I see some ppl on twitter bringing up how Tony Buzbee is a bit of a sleeze (and apparently has a rape allegation himself?) but we're always supposed to believe the victim first with heinous crimes like these. Especially a child. If things come out later, so be it but discrediting an accuser off rip is why so many people - especially girls & women - don't come forward.
