Some of y'all are literally insane lol. Not the reverse racism attempt lol.

I will forever love stan culture, but I will equally forever be perplexed by the lack of logic that flows like a river.

She should leave him...because...why? Has he been found guilty?  Has there been smoking gun evidence that is irrefutable? Is he acting guilty?

USE YOUR BRAIN! FFS

Will always abide by the same logic we were taught in school for essays. Because it applies to any argument/debate/view. It's P-E-E.

Point

Evidence

Explain

In dumb-ass discussions like this, most get stuck on their point and don't have the ability to proceed with evidence and by proxy don't have any means of explaining it beyond "that's how I feel" lol.

I get that most of the banter on here and social is light, but surely when it comes to serious accusations like this...we need to move a lil more...educated/guided/smart?

This is giving @Alfred

Diddy was one of the biggest hip-hop/urban producer's of the 90's/00s he's done remixes or produced for just about all our faves, Janet, Beyonce, JLo, Britney, Missy Elliott, Mary J, Mariah, Whitney.. the list is Endless.

Diddys definitely a abuser who abuses women, that's Fact its recorded, the evidence is solid, however people need to understand that this Diddy situation, is big, but it's been over embellished and blown way way way outta proportion (Im not saying he's innocent btw) but the media & social media & the global press have really beefed this up alot more then it needs to, he's held in custody, the Law Enforcement & The FBI will be leaving no stone unturned, they will investigate absolutely everything, I can guarantee that so many people's "statements & allegations" have already been rubbished or tossed out, The guys Ridiculously wealthy he's a billionaire, people need to remember that, its not just a coincidence that the 130+ victims, only now, come forward? In all them years, not even a small handful of them ever filed serious charges against him?

People See it as a cash grab, it's a Domino effect, we have seen it time & time again, Michael Jackson for one, Look at Jennifer Lopez, people started taking stuff outta context from her documentary (really silly stuff) they started mocking her over it, then it turned into a Full on attack, everyone started coming out saying this & that Bout her, That she was this horrible ***** who got them fired all that crap and yet not one single person Brought a single bit of evidence supporting there claims, Zilch, 0, Nothing! It was just people wanting to insert themselves into something & get there 2ps worth because they feed of negativity, yet no one brought anything to the table to back up there claim's, JLo's name was getting the views & clicks so everyone wanted a slice, they didn't care what they were saying or how hurtful they were, they knew if they put out a Tick-tock or a Instagram story etc about whatever BS they was saying about her people would flock to it, and it worked for a while, until people started seeing it for what it is was, just been hurtful for no real reason, it kinda shifted from been fun even financially beneficial to them to people seeing it for what it really is.

The same things happening with Diddy & Jay & Beyonce the masses are all there with the Tick-tocks are Fake news all for Clicks & streams and it's ridiculous people simply believe it all.

People believed JLo canceled her 85% sold out North American Tour, that had already sold nealry 300k tickets.. it wasn't because her marriage fell apart, it wasn't because of the hate train and negativity people was channeling her, It was because of low ticket sales, people didn't Give a *** that anyone could see each show and what was sold & how much many tickets was left that if they did would of known it wasn't because of "Low sales" the tickets we're ridiculously high it was already reported to be her highest grossing tour Todate..

And let's not forget Jennifers stealing Vocals, doesn't matter that the artist was credited for both vocals & writing, doesn't matter that the artists has openly shut down the lies and BS fake narrative that JLo stole whatever songs & vocals multiple times, even when the person they are using as the "Victim" shuts them down, They don't care and ignore the facts and keep spinning absolutely nothing into something...

And it's like this absolutely delusional conspiracy that Beyonce was responsible for killing Aliyah

people actually believe Beyonce was responsible for Aliyah's death... Nope it had nothing to do with the pilot who had been fresh of the coke, or the light aircraft been to heavy & overloaded, Nope it was Beyonce..

Im proper rambling but ya get my point, People will over embellish the situation & literally spread bare ******* lies, don't care who they are hurting, don't care about how These stories hurt people, and can have a damaging effect on there professional Iife, but non of that matters as long as they get the clicks and headlines nothing else matters.

Diddy is a abusive C*NT, and i have absolutely no doubt he's done many many heinous thing's of this nature, Jay Z im not sure, i think there's something there but I don't know.

JLo & Beyonce are completely innocent, they have done absolutely nothing wrong and we all know that Jennifer & Beyonce would never do such disgusting things towards innocent young people (children basically)  it's insane people believe this ****, JLo & Beyonce maybe up there own asses, demanding divas behind closed doors, but they certainly aint Pedophiles, and Jennifer isn't some maniac going into clubs with firearms to shoot people, & Beyonce isn't sabotaging aeroplanes to kill another artist who has absolutely nothing to do with her, nor are Jen & Beyonce having these freak offs with underage kids...

Not to be that person but you don't know Beyonce or JLo and what type of character they have so honestly stop confidently defending strangers because you enjoy their work.

As for the case let's just watch how it unfolds but for me personally I'd always veer towards listening to alleged sexual assault victims state their cases

Is this sarcasm?

-baby bump "scandal": first of all, how is a nasty rumour a "scandal"? Regardless, she addressed how hurtful it was

-husband cheating: literally what Lemonade, 4:44, and everything is love is about. 3 albums about it

- lip syncing: she literally addressed this on live television

Youre right about the baby bump.

But lbr she used the cheating scandal for her album cycle. The rumours started in 2013 and she didn't say anything before OR after. Only he mentioned it.

This case SCREAMS scam. There is literally no evidence (as of yet) and tons of inconsistencies. The ALLEGED victim should be heard but people should not be quick to judge or point fingers until the case has been tried. But then again, some of yall LOVED dragging Tyler Perry and Ricky Martin and praying for their  'victims' only to go completely mute when those went no where. None of these people know you and you are getting no clout. Sorry.

Buzbee says he is continuing to vet her claims.

"Jane Doe's case was referred to our firm by another, who vetted it prior to sending it to us," he told NBC News in an email.

***** byeeeee :deadbanana2: maybe Buzbee should've done his due diligence before filing the claim.

What a farce.

He obviously did it. There's been rumors/ stories/ blinditems of him doing things like this since the 90s. There are rappers who were associated with jay who have said it. Theres jokes about it in other songs. There was a woman who had a son at 15 when jay was in his 30s who looks just like jay. Jay has been stalling that dna test for a decade :rip:

im not saying Beyonce should be punished for it, but cmon, she obviously would know too

"She obviously would know too" Do you know how many literal SERIAL KILLERS turned out to be married men with children whose wives had no idea what was going on? You can't just say that she "obviously knew" without any evidence. Yall take this stanning **** way too far.

Not a good look.

Among the inconsistencies: The woman said her father picked her up after the alleged sexual assault, but he says he doesn't recall that. The woman also claims she spoke to a celebrity at the after-party where she said she was sexually assaulted, but that celebrity said he was not in New York at that time. And images from that evening show Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, and Sean "Diddy" Combs at a different location than the one the woman described, although their whereabouts for the entire evening are unclear.

Mess it's falling apart. Her own dad saying he would remember if this happened

Quote

According to their address at the time, her father would have driven more than five hours from their home to pick her up.

So 5 hours drive to pick her up, and 5 hours back. It would also mean her friend drove her 5 hours to the venue. Hmm

Also this

I read the story of what she says happened in the documents on Sunday, and it sounded it very improbable to me for several reasons. This new article is a disaster for the accuser and I'm not sure why she and the attorney would even speak to the press if there are so many inconsistencies and zero evidence.

Being driven from Rochester to NYC by your 20 year old friend at 13, going to the party alone, having no idea where the party took place, the dad not remembering picking her up and driving to NYC and back to get here. It's all a mess

The fact that she suggested a polygraph is suspicious tbh. Even Mr. Buzbee said that in his whole career he's never had a client who has suggested doing a polygraph before, so her keenness is bizarre. Almost as if she has practiced polygraph tests and mastered how to manipulate one.

And we all know they can be manipulated which is why they're generally not trusted in the legal world.

Looks like some of y'all crazies will have egg on their face imminently, as this looks like it's about to be a wrap.

Do y'all see why it's imperative to not jump to conclusions? Or start screaming "lock him up" or "divorce him".

Imagine? All these dizzy ditzy posts about his time has come and now it's very much giving "it was a lie, it was all a lie".

Yep, it's sick how people will be quick to tear people down over a false accusation, and when the lie gets exposed people are silent. Or even worse make excuses to believe the liar. You can tell who lacks critical thinking skills.

She said she spoke with The Madden brothers (Good Charlotte) that night, but they said they weren't there, they were on tour. I looked it up, they were in Chicago on tour that night. So she just made that whole convo up in her head. Jesus

Facts. They're not admissible. So, it's literally not worth the paper it's printed on (legally speaking). There have been killers whose DNA has proven them guilty who have passed or delivered inconclusive results on a polygraph.

It also doesn't account for mental health issues. Someone who crazily believes something that factually didn't happen could technically still pass a polygraph as it tracks "lying" as sudden jolts/changes in heart rate and countenance.

Yeah because the OP didn't write the new info in title, just added about the polygraph, so obviously biased. Title should have "Admits inconsistencies"
