I don't think this is who she is at all.

 

I think the Gavin Rossdale scandal rocked her to her core.

 

As a result, she was willing to make heavy sacrifices including to who she always was.

 

People change. She wanted stability and has thus acquiesced almost entirely to Blake.

 

I've seen it before with my very politically divided family.

 

Whether out of fear or for stability or for both, she's an adult and she's made her decision. Best of luck to her.

 

Cool will remain my classic. And occasionally What You Waiting For/Early Winter. And No Doubt's Singles Comp will still be in my rotation.
