How would your fandom feel if they do the same with Beyoncé? because all her #1s this decade are being front-loaded even worse than Drake's, or if they talk about the Cowboy Carter and Rena Fiasco and more stuff?

Literally the only one of Bey's #1 that can be described as frontloaded is Perfect Duet.

Billboard is a joke.

Katy Perry deserved Top 3.

Katy only debut in 2008, whilst Beyonce's solo debut was CiL in 2003, and she had a strong debut album with One of the Boys. Teenage Dream was her peak and Prism was a very strong album and had she released Walking On Air and Legendary Lovers, she might've prolonged her peak.

Witness was a misfire even though Chained to the Rhythm was a strong choice. Bon Appetit and Swish Swish were actually good songs. I feel like half of Witness was good and the other half were forgettable. Smile was actually objectively better than Witness with Never Really Over, Harleys in Hawaii, Small Talk, Tucked, Not the End of the World and Smile (title-track). I just feel like that she had lost all her momentum  by then.

143 is her worst album because she lost sight of what made people love her in the first place. Women's World has potential until she cut the guitar solo and worked with Dr. Luke again. She was doa by then and has fallen even harder. Regardless, Katy was never going to be number 3 especially when Rihanna, Taylor and Beyonce have all done better than her, even Gaga.

Gaga deserves that Top 5 spot, as even Gaga managed to reinvent herself as an actress and have success doing so, while still releasing hits or amazing songs like A Million Reasons, Shallow, Always Remember Us This Way and Is That Alright?, Hold My Hand, Stupid Love (#5), Rain On Me and now...Die With A Smile.

After Artpop's 2013 hit Applause, she went 3 years without a hit until 2016 when she saved the Joanne era with A Million Reasons. Then 2 years later, she had 2018's Shallow, then 2020's Stupid Love and Rain On me, then 2024's Die With A Smile, a maximum of 4 years. Gaga has something a lot of artists lack and that is consistency, drive, originality and good ideas.

Katy's last hit was Never Really Over #15 in 2019 and before that, it was CTTR in 2017, that's 7 years.

Oh wow you truly destroyed me.

:deadbanana:

But I still think Katy should have been higher than #25.

But I still think Katy should have been higher than #25.

I don't feel rappers should be on that list because they make hip-hop and rap and I wouldn't use that word 'pop' to describe Drake, Kanye, Eminem, Nicki, Jay, Lil' Wayne or Bad Bunny, even though they have released some pop-sounding, crossover songs.

Adele isn't a Popstar to me and I don't think feel Adele would agree with that word being used.

My list:

1. Beyonce

2. Taylor Swift

3. Rihanna

4. Lady Gaga

5. Britney Spears

6. Christina Aguilera

7. Pink

8. Shakira

9. Justin Bieber

10. Ariana Grande

11. Usher

12. Justin Timberlake

13. Katy Perry

14. Kelly Clarkson

15. Miley Cyrus

16. The Weeknd

17. BTS

18. Bruno Mars

19. Ed Sheeran

20. Jennifer Lopez

21. Post Malone

22. Kesha

23. Billie Eilish

24. Olivia Rodrigo

25. Dua Lipa

26. Chris Brown

27. Ciara

28. Nelly Furtado

29. Black Eyed Peas

30. One Direction

Beyonce's most "frontloaded" #1's (Break My Soul, Texas) spent 2 weeks at #1 and multiple weeks in the top 5/top 10

Drake's last frontloaded #1's spent like 2 in the top 10 at best  :rip:  It's not the same at all

Slime you out: 1 - 12 - 18 - 6 - 21 - 39...

First person shooter: 1 - 8 - 13 - 32 - 24 - 25...

:rip:

Will Drake sue them too?

Very unprofessional wording but they didn't lie. Rihanna is/was bigger than Drake in and out of the US. Rihanna was scoring hits while Drake was still acting in Degrassi.

Oh, it's ******* true. He IS a simp and he's also a loser misogynist closeted bisexual (allegedly). Rihanna is a legend with a beautiful discography full of real #1s AND a multibillion dollar empire. I don't idolize extreme wealth, but on a numbers game AND on cultural impact, Rihanna towers about that dork. :sorry:

Not to defend Drake at all (ew), but I hate when publications wait until an artist is down before kicking them. Drake has always been corny, right from the start, but I just know they would never have published this if he wasn't been KO'd by Kendrick atm.

he's never been critically acclaimed. he's been tolerated because he's popular

Oh for sure!!! I just found it funny that it's finally being said out loud. Drake has done so much **** especially towards woman, to the point that I feel like he is more so an incel in a pop star's body

Tbh I see him more as an incel who LUCKILY is attractive. He really has done gross things in the past and keeps whining about Rhi even though it's been years
