Apple Music is able to recognize the nuance that even though Taylor had the #1 album in streams, its actual streams per track isn't impressive. It's only the fact that it's over 30 songs. 
 

Billie's album (with no pre-release singles) was consumed a lot more on average per track and before Christmas music took her she still had two songs in Apple Music Top 10 6-7 months after release. 
 

She's also had WWIMF, TV, and other older songs charting high this year despite not being released this year. 
 

You guys can keep acting obtuse but Billie slayed this year.
