Immobilized? No. I had difficulty moving around to be sure but not moving wasn't an option. What have you fractured?

I dislocated my shoulder last year at CrossFit and had to have surgery. I went back to CrossFit 1day after the dislocation and 4 days after my surgery a month later . Just did everything with one arm.
