How is this even possible, considering she had a massive smash just a few weeks ago?

The audience + radio are simply still vibing to the preceding single even though the label wants them to move on.

Anyways, Rose is not a US based artist, so Hot 100 is irrelevant to her.

It's... not a single? A random western-oriented promo track -especially a stripped piano ballad ddd- from a solo, female primarily K-pop act even touching the Hot 100 is basically unheard of 

 

I hope she'll push a followup single to APT. in January () with something more upbeat that's geared for radio.
