Ice Spice is my pick, I saw her and immediately knew she was gonna be the hot new thing cuz of her ass shaking, but then start flopping once the gimmick got old.

All those artists around 2014-2016 that got like one, maybe two, hits but never really became known as artists or celebrities. Natalie La Rose, Daya, Nico & Vinz, Aloe Blacc. Even Alessia Cara who became well known for a bit and got BNA, still ended up being a huge fad and couldn't chart by 2018.
