Actually most insurance companies in the uk consider flood damage an act of god and don't cover for it. 
 

Can we stop this narrative she moved here because of trump? Firstly, she started hiring people in the summer of 23 to work on this property, secondly it's actually their second house in the uk, so she was already here before she was there.

Also that picture they keep printing is literally of a public car park, looks a lot like one of the park and rides into oxford. This is absolutely not her house and at least three miles from it (if it's in fact near).
