I'm just learning about the whole case and seems like Angelina wanted to keep 'peace' to their divorce and that's why she never sued him or exposed him.

 

Sadly, since he's a POS, he sued Angelina over some property she sold only to keep f***ing up with her life. A whole investigation happened because of that, and it turned out that Brad silenced many people and seems like he wanted to make Angelina sign an NDA about their divorce, and because she didn't want to do so, he sued her over that property.

 

Because of all the investigation, in recent news, it turned out in favor of Angelina, and the whole evidence he kept hidden is being put into the light. He basically shot himself in the foot.
