I have a question: is this concert gonna be free? I will travel to Brazil just to see her. But flying there is very expensive

You'd think that Gaga and Madonna still have beef with the way this thread took a turn just a few comments down :suburban:

Anyways, I'm extremely excited. 2025 is already looking to be one for the books!

Everyone is talking about it already and we still have to get an official announcement from her. :jonny:

What footsteps? They are both singers . It's literally their job to perform in front of thousands of people.. wtf is being copied here.

Medonsters making everything about Madonna as per usual… girls, we don't care anymore. It's not 2012.

:heart2:

OT: LEGEND!

Why are people bothered with Madonna being mentioned?

When Madonna did the Superbowl back in 2012 after women were blacklisted after Janet, plenty of others followed suit. She has always opened the doors for others. This is just another one of those moments. Brazil saw this show worked so they probably started talking with other artists. I'm sure others will follow after Gaga.

Madonna leads and the others follow, again. Ugh, mother.

Madonna isn't the one who did it FIRST, Rolling Stones, Pharell Williams, Lenny Kravitz DID it first WAY before Madonna. Yall embarrassed yourselves.

Lenny Kravitz - 2005

Rolling Stones - 2006

(20 years)

Madonna  - May 2024

Lady Gaga - May 2025

Also i'm not sure but the shows you mentioned were part of other events...those artists just happened to perform. Madonna literally had a show created for her. SHE was the moment. The article also doesn't mention a single one of those artists you did...and literally says they are following the formula Madonna did this year. It's right there.

Ain't no one mentioning anyone else. Of course Madonna didn't invent concerts a at a ******* beach but pretending she didn't start something in Rio this year is purely wishful thinking from you. The organizers literally mentioned back in May that if the event was successful they would do it again :rip: Madonna was basically the test subject and it worked.

Every other big concert that happened in Copacabana Beach was for the New Year's celebrations. Madonna was the first one to perform there in may, a month that doesn't have any huge holiday other than labor's day. And the article says they want to start a series of shows happening in may called "Celebration May" after Madonna's concert. So yes, she's the blueprint here :sistrens:

You cannot be a blueprint for something you're invited to. She didn't come up with this festival herself :deadbanana2:

Stil thinking of the likes of this post. The article right there calling it Madonna's impact and the denial of it having more likes than dislikes, monsters are the MAGAs of the stan world :deadbanana4:
