It'll probably be a couple of years in court for them to get rights to the group name.

The girls can  termine their contract however it's more about the penalties, I hope this will not ruin them.

Sadly this is how kpop labels work. They run on ego versus common sense. SNSD got treated like trash during contract negotiations, even as going as far as decreasing security and they are one of the acts who put the label on the map.
