sugarysunflower Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago (edited) She's a very admirable person from a fitness / health-and-wellbeing perspective: I believe there's articles and interviews that said by the mid-to-late 90s she and her PT explained her workout routine consisted of: either running at LEAST 8-10 miles or cycling 25 miles, interchangeably, every day, followed by 30-minutes of the stairs or an actual stairmaster / versaclimber, followed by daily weight training & yoga, combined with a strict vegetarian diet.
