Atrl's most hated pop girls... Dua Lipa or Katy Perry?

The two artists constantly being overlook and disrespected on this site.

But the question is....Who yall hate the most ATRLers? Let us know.

Lady ga ga fans are still the predominant users on this forum so I would say Katy perry. It's the stuff of nightmares for them.

 

I don't go in Dua lipa threads often. Is she really that hated, are her fans feuding with any major pop fandoms?

I don't think Dua is hated at all. People will just make jokes and overreact to an underperforming era no matter who the artist is. I can't imagine anyone feeling any malice towards her. 

 

The answer is Katy Perry and it's entirely self-inflicted.

Katy Perry is probably the most hated. Nobody really hates Dua. There are many redundant threads about Dua's charts performance but overall she's fine and as a person she's quite liked.

Is this really a question? I really don't think Dua is the subject of any deep-seated hatred. People have just dragged the underperformance of her latest project, as they have with every single underperforming era by any pop girl. I really couldn't name a single thing - other than commercial factors - that people drag her for. Moreover, Dua never flopped - she underperformed - another key difference to Katy.

 

I could name so many artists that have received the same, if not more, hate than Dua on this site. Gaga, Taylor, Beyoncé - all the MPGs have received much more lashings than Dua as they are the target of actual hate from certain fandoms who pit their faves against them.
 

Katy, on the other hand, has been dragged through the mud by a littany of reasons which go far beyond the commercial weakness of her latest projects. Plus, this hate train has been going since at least 2017. 

It really isn't even a competition.

 

On top of the MPGs mentioned above, there's tons of flopping girls who have received their lashings due to factors not solely related to the underperformance of their projects. J-Lo, Nicki and Demi, to name a few. Both would be better set-ups here than Dua.

I answered the question as to why Katy is the most hated. The question wasn't who YOU think the most hated pop star on ATRL is, so answering Nicki is irrelevant to the discussion.

This forum unanimously telling you Dua isn't an interesting artist doesn't mean that we hate her. In fact I don't think anyone does... We don't even think about her that often.
