Someone on ATRL mentioned they knew him Pre-fame from their hometown and he was very publicly gay, but his celebrity never really took off so no one cared about his sexuality enough for that "rumor" to take legs. Regardless, this is how I want to live my life. Very lowkey and those who know, know but it's not a secret either way.
