But the reality is that Kesha went embarrassingly low to use AI for her horrid cover. The cover is not even good. I mean, I can say the same about a lot of Kesha's music that sound like AI, but the reality it isn't. Kesha is now with Nicki Minaj for using AI, embarrassing. 9

In at least one case, "stolen" elements and damages could not be identified. And if an AI using existing images to train is infringement, then is learning to paint or draw and being influenced by the style of another also infringement? the court agrees "in the style of" type prompts could infringe on copyright, but it's a complex issue. I love AI and ATRL's soapbox grandstanding ain't bout to do **** but serve me up some cackles. https://www.lawinc.com/court-allows-copyright-claims-ai-art-lawsuit It's not just about infringement; it's about AI companies pulling in unearned data from artists and then using it against them. Again, the technology is amazing. It's just a matter of how it's used and how these algorithms get to be what they are. Edited November 22, 2024 by The7thStranger 1
velocity Posted November 22, 2024 Posted November 22, 2024 not people in here acting like she's broke just because she's indie indie artists have had covers before AI existed, yes? this is so embarrassing, honestly. you'd think an artist would value other artists as well but ig not 1
Radical Pessimism Posted November 22, 2024 Posted November 22, 2024 Looks like **** so it must be AI. 1

I'm pretty sure it's not the official single cover, it was just a promo pic. Dont worry, the whole fandom is tweeting her about it, so I'm sure she won't do it again or she will change it. It's not like she willingly worked with a r*pist and we're defending her mess, that would be f***** stupid, could you imagine? 8

Not a Katy Stan talking about quality in music lol Take a look at her album scores on metacritic and then talk about quality. You're just like Kesha's new song "Delusional" out on November 29th. Make sure to stream with the official cover 1 4
Ricardo1993 Posted November 23, 2024 Posted November 23, 2024 to be fair its fitting for the new era since joyride sounds like an AI generated kesha song 2 5
