But the reality is that Kesha went embarrassingly low to use AI for her horrid cover. The cover is not even good. I mean, I can say the same about a lot of Kesha's music that sound like AI, but the reality it isn't. Kesha is now with Nicki Minaj for using AI, embarrassing. 2

In at least one case, "stolen" elements and damages could not be identified. And if an AI using existing images to train is infringement, then is learning to paint or draw and being influenced by the style of another also infringement? the court agrees "in the style of" type prompts could infringe on copyright, but it's a complex issue. I love AI and ATRL's soapbox grandstanding ain't bout to do **** but serve me up some cackles. https://www.lawinc.com/court-allows-copyright-claims-ai-art-lawsuit It's not just about infringement; it's about AI companies pulling in unearned data from artists and then using it against them. Again, the technology is amazing. It's just a matter of how it's used and how these algorithms get to be what they are. Edited 5 hours ago by The7thStranger
velocity Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago not people in here acting like she's broke just because she's indie indie artists have had covers before AI existed, yes? this is so embarrassing, honestly. you'd think an artist would value other artists as well but ig not
