TikTok Billboard Top 50: Yeah Yeah Yeahs' "Maps" 7x #1, Beyoncé's "Diva" #3, Mimi #5

TikTok uploads showing off creators' diva-esque behavior continues to drive the ascension of "Diva," originally released on Beyoncé's 2008 album I Am…Sasha Fierce.

 

In the week ending Nov. 14, "Diva" sported an 11% gain in official U.S. steams to 2.6 million earned, according to Luminate.

 

 Mariah Carey's "All I Want for Christmas Is You" rounds out the top five, leaping 7-5. Carey returns to the top five at virtually the same time as she did last year, as the holiday standard first hit No. 5 on the Nov. 25, 2023, tally, the first holiday season of the TikTok Billboard Top 50's existence.

 

Gracie Abrams' "That's So True" reaches a new peak within the top 10, rising 8-6 in the song's third week on the list. Concurrently the multimetric Billboard Hot 100 chart's greatest gainer in streaming (up 25% to 23.5 million streams, good for No. 1 on the Streaming Songs ranking), "That's So True" remains driven by lip-synching content and other edits.

This pretty much destroys the narrative from the prediction thread that That's So True is fading. TST is coming for the #1 on the Hot 100 soon. I mean, it's already at or near the top of all the other major charts (#1 in UK and ARIA, #2 in Canada behind 25-week #1 ABS).

It's not happening this year, I doubt it can survive next year without some sort of push.
