Hopefully the West understands that their refusal to acknowledge this warrant and comply if Bibi is to ever enter their nation means that they will innately lose credibility to look outwards and accuse another nations of human rights violations, at least for several generations.

however, i really struggle to imagine the UK (for example) actually doing it  i think what's likely to happen is that Europe will continue to support Israhell and just don't acknowledge Bibi for the rest of his term, then resume business as usual once he's out of office and replaced by someone else

i really hope they do and it's definitely a good step, but the UK government is still doing far too little. i think they understand how toxic Bibi's image is at the moment so they will distance themselves from him but like I said, they will continue to support Israel (like they've been doing since ever) and then befriend whoever ends up being Bibi's successor
