Fox News Voter Analysis - 50% of Black Men under 45 voted Trump in Texas

Decided to dig deeper into the Fox News Voter Analysis poll and what I saw was astonishing.

Black Men doubled support for Trump nationally from 12% to 25%

Gen Z Black Men jumped from 14% to 35%

https://circle.tufts.edu/2024-election#gender-gap-driven-by-young-white-men,-issue-differences

Contradicting the media exit poll, AP Votecast/Fox News Analysis somehow has figures suggesting Black men shifted more than Hispanic Men.

Unfortunately that doesn't bare out looking at county results, majority Hispanic neighborhoods shifted to Trump at 5X the rate

They have the same error in Georgia with Trump increasing from 11% of the vote to 25% for Black Men

But if you input that overall Black vote swing into cookpolitical(85/14), Trump would be expected to win Georgia by +5.

The White vote in the state did not swing democratic in either exit poll also.

Black male turnout also decreased by 2% in the state.

But this is funny regardless:deadbanana2:  How did they get this in a exit poll?

Texas - The Black Vote is so gender divided, you can predict how they voted in the 18 - 44 subset

Trump cracks 40% with under 45 Black Men in several other states in their poll - California, Arizona, Nevada, Mississippi, Louisiana, Florida

None of this is surprising. The economy is a major issue for most voters, and people tend to vote with their wallets in mind.

And all those who voted Trump, I don't want to hear them crying anything bad when Republican policies or racists bother them. They deserve to get everything they voted for. :heart2:

Shocking that her policy to protect Black men’s crypto assets didn’t seem to resonate with voters. :monkey:

We know why: their perception of the economy and thinking the man who created this mess can somehow fix it.

They're usually accurate actually, but this is sending me:bibliahh: They crossvoted their sub sample with the movement of Hispanic voters.

Texas Black Voters Under 45

Black Men - 51% Kamala/47% Trump

Black Women - 76% Kamala/22%

It lowkey looks like they did it on purpose:skull:

Some of the states are out the margin of error, just for overall Black men, not even under 45. Texas would be one, the sample size error for 200 people is 8.8pts, so Black men overall is 73% Kamala at best, which is still unlikely.
