Kelly's interviewing skills need major work.  The fact that everything she tries to make about herself to build relatability usually is such a weird balance - it comes across self absorbed

Some people are expecting the same old interview format. Kelly has real life conversations that go back and forth. Her guests love that her show is a breath of fresh air after all the same old call and response interviews by rote.
