Kamala Harris performed a perfect campaign and she did the best she could with the miserable situation that she was handed.

In fact, I think she should run again in 2028 if there is an election.

One thing about Trump stans is, they're loyal. Democrats drop their candidates at the first sign of weakness and that's the reason we are where we are.

:deadbanana4: Hillary in 2016 and Biden in 2020 say otherwise. If anything, democrats are TOO loyal to losers and weak candidates. That's part of the reason why we're in this mess. They fall in line with whatever 70+ year old democrat tells them to do.

Oh, I know the answer to this one!

As in all of society, we hold women to a much higher standard than men. It's unconscious, and it's how we're socialized from a very young age.

A woman as incompetent, inarticulate, and as ****-for-brains as Trump would never, ever get anywhere near any position in public office, let alone the presidency.

Marjorie Taylor Greene? Lauren Boebert? Sarah palin?

She's right but keep it to yourself, it's over and won't make you more relevant grandma

He did but that doesn't matter, the left loves to normalize trump and his stupidity

An email recently released by the whistleblowing organization WikiLeaks shows how the Clinton campaign and Democratic Party bear direct responsibility for propelling the bigoted billionaire to the White House.

In its self-described "pied piper" strategy, the Clinton campaign proposed intentionally cultivating extreme right-wing presidential candidates, hoping to turn them into the new "mainstream of the Republican Party" in order to try to increase Clinton's chances of winning.

The Clinton campaign and Democratic National Committee called for using far-right candidates "as a cudgel to move the more established candidates further to the right." Clinton's camp insisted that Trump and other extremists should be "elevated" to "leaders of the pack" and media outlets should be told to "take them seriously."

The strategy backfired — royally.

On April 23, 2015, two weeks after Hillary Clinton officially declared her presidential campaign, her staff sent out a group message with information for a "strategy call." The email included as an attachment a "memo for the DNC discussion."

She's never been able to answer a question. She always buries her responses in garbled, meandering word salad answers and hopes that nobody's paying attention. She's been like this since her failed primary campaign in 2019.

When she's in prosecutor mode, delivering prepared attacks is the only time she's ever come off as cogent.

You are correct. When she's in unfriendly territory is when she performs best. The softball interviews is when she malfunctions.

I will however call you out too because Donald trump also gets asked a question/s and starts talking about sh1t that doesn't even make any sense. His talent is that he's funny and he's able to easily fool people into buying his con.

Call me out if you want. Trump's voters literally don't care about his gaffes. They are as anti-intellectual as you can get, and his gaffes humanize him to them and make him relatable if anything.

Kamala having an overly-educated, affluent base... is obviously going to have a more negative reaction to her imperfections than Trump voters have with their Cheeto-Dusted Jesus figure.

Agreed, but it's completely crazy Trump did the exact same thing answering questions - on top of lying, acting unrprofessional, talking about irrelevant things, and insulting everyone... yet was held to a different standard for some reason.

Because we all know Trump runs his mouth like a lunatic. Trump is held to low standards and that's not a compliment. Even still, his answers at least have some conviction behind them so they seem "better". Kamala was so evasive in everything she said and it was clear she simply didn't have the drive or the vision for what she wanted to do as president and that sucks because she couldn't done good things.

It was pretty bad. I remember seeing a clip of Howard Stern asking her what her favorite thing about America was and she replied something like "There are just so many.." but couldn't name one :biblio: Like a Miss USA contestant could deliver an answer to that…

As a fellow word salad girlie, I feel for Kamala. I suck at answering questions too. However, I wasn't running for president. The Democrats should have made sure that whoever was running knew how to communicate the party's message clearly and succinctly.

This. She's great on the Senate floor examining a witness, but terrible when she's the one being questioned. The opposite of a straight shooter.
