Katie Couric drags Kamala's word salad answers: "answer the g**d*** question!"

Like, if she was asked about changing the Supreme Court at that CNN town hall, she had an opportunity to talk about ethics and what, you know, [Supreme Court Justices Samuel] Alito and Clarence Thomas were doing, and she answered, like, in one sentence, and then went on to something that had nothing to do with the question. You know, people notice that, and it's like, 'Answer the goddamn question, please!'

I wish interviewers and those around her had pushed back like this during the campaign when it mattered but she told absolutely no lies here :clap3: this was one of the major failings in her messaging and it was clearly widely noticed.

But people in that thread told me she'd win over moderates and swing voters with answers like that.

She's never been able to answer a question. She always buries her responses in garbled, meandering word salad answers and hopes that nobody's paying attention. She's been like this since her failed primary campaign in 2019.

When she's in prosecutor mode, delivering prepared attacks is the only time she's ever come off as cogent.

Agreed, but it's completely crazy Trump did the exact same thing answering questions - on top of lying, acting unrprofessional, talking about irrelevant things, and insulting everyone... yet was held to a different standard for some reason.

Apologies for this analogy (which I frankly think is an apt one), but

Spoiler

If you were taking a sh*t, would you rather lackluster small pieces to fall out one by one, or a big long smooth dung to pass through. Which one is more satisfying?

Hopefully that answers your question.

Just remembered that time where Colbert handed her a softball and the best she could come up with was...

I'm obviously not Joe Biden. So that would be one change … but also, I think it's important to say, with 28 days to go, I'm not Donald Trump.

It was pretty bad. I remember seeing a clip of Howard Stern asking her what her favorite thing about America was and she replied something like "There are just so many.." but couldn't name one :biblio: Like a Miss USA contestant could deliver an answer to that…

I remember almost every question during the Kamala VS Trump debate, he would dodge the question and start talking about the border again

This is still going on here?

She's not even going to be a part of the party anymore, maybe we should all focus on the actual democratic party and the new presidency since I rarely see posts about all the things going on

It's always "But Trump" with liberals. Surely by now, y'all have figured out that isn't a compelling argument to anyone that doesn't already agree with you... right? :juanny:

"the left" :ahh:

Y'all can't even keep your talking points straight. Half the time you're blaming corporate media for "sanewashing Trump" and over-emphasizing Biden's age and dementia. The other half the blame rests on the left who is simultaneously too weak to be worth listening to but also powerful and influential enough to be the reason she loses. :ahh:

I'm starting to think her loss wasn't as satisfying as a lot hoped it would be because what's the point in still talking about this lol

Kamala Harris performed a perfect campaign and she did the best she could with the miserable situation that she was handed.

In fact, I think she should run again in 2028 if there is an election.

One thing about Trump stans is, they're loyal. Democrats drop their candidates at the first sign of weakness and that's the reason we are where we are.

Oh, I know the answer to this one!

As in all of society, we hold women to a much higher standard than men. It's unconscious, and it's how we're socialized from a very young age.

A woman as incompetent, inarticulate, and as ****-for-brains as Trump would never, ever get anywhere near any position in public office, let alone the presidency.

Why would we run her AGAIN after she underperformed with every single demographic possible?

Because she only had 30 days to run her campaign?

Kamala is a fantastic candidate and it sucks how Demz suddenly switched on her.

She's ran for POTUS twice and did horribly both times. Why would Dems not give up on her as a viable candidate?

And I will keep "But Trumping". I'm not going to sit back and condone normalizing his behavior, especially as the leader of my country. It's important to have these little "refreshers", discuss the facts, and revisit these incidents so history doesn't repeat itself.

You're going to keep rehashing the same strategy that failed and expecting a different result? Okay. There's certainly a word for that. :ahh:

Sooo all of a sudden, she was always a bad candidate? I thought she was the ideal candidate, and everyone loved her:rip: oh well.
