I never said I didn't get Charli. I've been listening to her since befre brat came out. This performance was just boring, especially when compared to JT in 2024, and that's also ok.

I think people DO understand it. the album cover was actually cool in that regard. But that snl performance doesn't have the same effect as the cover lets be honest.

People thought Charli's song Sympathy is a Knife was about Taylor (speculation). The song isn't even disrespectful towards its subject. 
 

At a show in South America (Mexico? Idk) they chanted something anti-Taylor at her show and she addressed it on social media denouncing it.
