BorderBoy Posted November 19 Posted November 19 It can be a mix of reasons but the genocide in Gaza isn't and shouldn't be exclusive to Kamala because it's not like Trump is any better when it comes to Israel smh.
BabyBenzz Posted November 19 Posted November 19 attaching the campaign to bullshit like BRAT, what was her team even thinking... 1
Leppie Posted November 19 Posted November 19 Inflation. Incumbents everywhere are losing elections because of it. 2
ChooseyLover Posted November 19 Posted November 19 (edited) The only thing she did during her campaign was killing poor Peanut the Squirrel (and bring a handful of millionaire celebrities to her rallies to convince people of how good of a candidate she was). Edited November 19 by ChooseyLover
Loca Posted November 19 Posted November 19 LOL at the democrats voting for sexism and racism as if that was the only reason Y'all will never learn 12
AvadaKedavra Posted November 19 Posted November 19 (edited) 1. The democrat party. Specially Biden. Theyre like the guy from the class with the donkey hat. So dumb 2. Progressive ideas were badly executed in the 2010s and that moved people to fascism. It was too much too fast. Cancellation culture. Contrarian Debate banned*. Demonization of Everything White-White people?? They got angry and hit back 3. Social Media conspiracy and misinformation. Fox News. Marck Zuckerberg, Elon, Tiktok and Twitter allowed this. Joe Rogan, Andrew Tate, Paul Brothers.... 4. The democrat party not connecting with the GenZ 5. Covid. Reginald Posted November 19 Posted November 19 Merrick Garland, Mitch McConnell, the Republican party, and everyone else who normalized a criminal who gave national secrets to our enemies. Kamala did the best she could, but there is an ingrained brainrot in American society that no normal candidate can overcome.
BeyIridescent Posted November 19 Posted November 19 (edited) Joe Biden. But most people will blame the woman of color. Joe Biden's job was to be a bridge candidate and to serve for one term only until his ego got in the way. It was too late for the Democrats to have an actual primary to test and vet candidates for a general election. Kamala Harris did great, especially seeing as though this has never been done before. She had only 100 days to sell her message. Lets not continue the ordeal of not putting blame where it belongs. Joe Biden knew democracy was at stake and did nothing to guarantee a victory. That was HIS job as sitting President of the United States, not hers. Edited November 19 by BeyIridescent 1
Gladiator Posted November 19 Posted November 19 (edited) I blame Joe Biden. Both for not withdrawing sooner, and for not doing anything as the sitting most powerful man in the world to push forward the efforts some in government had with prosecuting Trump for an insurrection. And now it is too late. That man was far too concerned with not upsetting the right, who has no problem pushing forward their agenda (as they should, despite me not agreeing with a lot of it). I don't know why the left continues to do the same thing that gets them ****** in the ass politically. Truly asinine and it makes me so angry. But I also blame her herself and the Democratic party at large who focused more on trying to convert moderates and not give direct answers to most questions when asked and instead spewing vague ideals that mostly resembled a poor man's Obama platform. I am not a highly informed voter. Neither is most of America. I watched her debates and caught her interviews and I never once knew a single policy she had. I think that is the case for most people. Sis she went on the view and said two different times that she couldn't think of anything she would do differently. She was quite literally the definition of 'keeping up the status quo' and with Biden having terrible approval ratings that wasn't the position to take. At the end of the day America is in a rough spot with inflation, and people care more about their wallets than any online social issue. Kamala ran on a republican light message while throwing around Liz Cheney and billionaire Mark Cuban. Why would the average American vote for republican lite when there's a strong republican candidate who is saying everything people want to hear. 4
MP3 Posted November 19 Posted November 19 Lack of personality and ideas and too much associated with Biden
JustHoran Posted November 19 Posted November 19 Racism and sexism. This country really chose a reality tv star/wanna-be dictator/rapist over a very qualified, very smart woman of color. This country deserves what it gets with Trump and I will have no sympathy for anyone that voted for him when he turns on them (and he will). 1
Aristede Posted November 19 Posted November 19 All the celebrities endorsing her. Every time I read something about her it was, "Billie Eilish endorses Kamala Harris," "Eminem endorses Kamala Harris," "Leonardo DiCaprio endorses Kamala Harris." They wouldn't go near Trump for obvious reasons, but I think he was able to use that to his advantage and it actually helped him in the long run. He got to appear more "relatable" to average, everyday citizens by cosplaying as a McDonald's employee and garbage man while Kamala was always hanging out with these rich stars. 7

Biden tanked her chances. White Women voted for Trump less than they voted for him in 2020 and White Men held constant with their 2020 support (source). Kamala lost because she lost large swathes of young voters, Arab American voters, and Latino voters—largely because of a missing economic message and a failure to distance herself from a deeply-hated incumbent administration.

I'm not Amerikkkan and if I were I wouldn't have voted. Picking between a rapist and a war criminal that funds a rapist state (Israel) is not something I'd wish to entertain. You are free to simplify things and claim she lost solely for her gender and race, though. You'll just look silly doing so. 2 1
