At what age do men peak in terms of attractiveness?

Gonna say late 20s / early 30s, unless you're genetically lucky or rich enough to have work done.  
 

But I also think that what you find attractive changes as you age. Or at least that's sorta been my experience.

I think it really depends on the person, some men peak in their 20s, some in their 30s, some in their 40s

Single Men = 35-40 especially those who take care of themselves, even sometimes 40-45 single men can still be hot.

Straight Married Men =25-30 family and work stress make you look ugly and most of them don't really care on how they look since they already got a wife and kids to take care of.

I think it's different for literally every man, but the average is probably somewhere like 35-45.
