I'm psychologist and yes I could study, memorize and learn all the books at 17 but no way you should be able to practice. There is a reason why there are different levels of education which should be maintain based on age and not only on theoretical knowledge. I guess it is normal only in US, no wonder it looks like it there then ... 11 2

(that's how they are in my country, idk about USA) There are 13 year old children who cannot read at 2nd grade level, and extremely idiotic adults (not talking about learning impediment / disability). I say good for her.
