sailor angel Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago (edited) This is one of those songs that's so special to me and gives me so much nostalgia. I remember being in the drive thru to get coffee before going to school and it coming on the radio. Then when I got to first period, my friend (who was also a big Ari Stan) and I watched the mv together and discussed it before class started. It was all I listened to that day and my high school friend group was obsessed with it and the Sweetener era in general. This song just reminds me of simpler times I could go on forever about how special it is to me. Beautiful song Edited 2 hours ago by sailor angel . 2

Assassin Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I remember it clearly because that was the day I saw Demi Lovato at a grocery store in Los Angeles. I told her how cool it was to meet her in person, but I didn't want to be a douche and bother her and ask her for photos or anything. She said, "Oh, like you're doing now?" I was taken aback, and all I could say was "Huh?" but she kept cutting me off and going "huh? huh? huh?" and closing her hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard her chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw her trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in her hands without paying. The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like "Ma'am, you need to pay for those first." At first she kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter. When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, she stopped her and told her to scan them each individually "to prevent any electrical infetterence," and then turned around and winked at me. I don't even think that's a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, she kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly. 1

DawnAnti Posted 22 minutes ago Posted 22 minutes ago The way that entire week i was looking for the instrumental version with background vocals on YouTube and singing it , it was a moment i hold so dearly in my heart 1
RoughOperator Posted 20 minutes ago Posted 20 minutes ago I was 14-15 but for some reason I remember being in middle school ._. Anyway I didn't really follow the Sweetener era as much as the TUN one but I remember it was played on the radios a lot that same summer and it was inescapable. I associate it with the sea town where I was during that time, in particular the the beach bars where I used to play cards with my friends from there, and it feels very nostalgic :') I remember thinking it was a bit pompous at the beginning, but over time it became one of my favorites ever from her. 1
