I'm not a constitutional scholar or lawyer, but I'm seeing analogies to Bowers in 1986 and its overturning by Lawrence in 2003 - I see this taking decades longer.

This is a lose lose situation for the trans community.

 

If the case is lost, we know what's gonna happen.

 

If it's won, this paints a target on the trans community more and people already complaining why the Biden admin didn't do this with abortion rights are gonna take it on the trans community.

I'm all for trans rights and think that this bill is vile, but could you please explain how trans youth would die if the Supreme Court rules against trans youth?
