Wicked isn't out yet. And I wouldn't take stans opinions on pop girls acting performances seriously. They will say anything for engagement and for stan wars even if it's not based in any objective analysis. 

 

Selena was really good in Emilia Perez, actually. I'm not a Selena stan either. Every person who saw Wicked has been praising Ariana's performance calling her the highlight of the movie, even the skeptics are on board. There is a reason why she's getting Oscar buzz and is currently #3 in the predictions to get a nomination by experts who have seen it. Selena is getting buzz too.
