Is Gaga seen as a success poison?

Dang she couldn't escape the backlash from the Joker

I knew she would be blamed even if it wasn't her fault, but for it to follow her is pretty tragic :rip:

Yes, let's all ignore LG's colossal damage to a movie franchise, and the millions that's abandoned her latest solo music is droves.

Yes because it's entirely her fault that many of her scenes were cut. It's also her fault that the critics said she was one of the good parts of the film. It's not the directors fault at all. Or the fault of the writers who concocted that piece of ****. They are blameless. It's entirely her fault. :clown:

Also, why are we using some instagram comments as a reason to make a thread? There will always be haters (as instagram and this thread have clearly displayed) but none of those are anywhere near the viral threshold.

So do you think Gaga is bringing down the song's success since she is success poison?

Girl has been serving lack of brain cells since the last decade. What a pity omg.

Them dots do not match the line sistrens! A success poison will not be associated to the biggest song rn and it has been like that for months.

This is such a tired drag, you know why?

Because Katy has been deemed a flop for several years, and her own fans don't deny it so I don't know what calling her a flop over and over again is doing here.

Heck, even Katy has acknowledged that her career is not at the same place.

However, Gaga is still constantly part of the discussion when talking about the current main girls, and monsters never lose an opportunity to type "TABS" in every thread at any small victory from Gaga. :rip:

We might as well shorten it to "TAB".

Providing an example of a true success poison actually adds so much value to this thread, especially one that the OP knows very well might we add.

Thanks for your input though!

Comparing a pop star who has flopped with her last 3 albums, to Gaga, is very telling on who you can afford to compare Gaga with and who you can't.

Thanks for your attempt though!

We're talking about success poisons right? It's very sensible to make comparisons with actual, tested, and certified success poisons, doesn't it?

We're just helping OP understand that she's not. :heart2:

no it would've had the same success with or without her presence on the song…however Bruno's presence was very much needed

You'd never see a Beyoncé, Taylor, or Ariana thread about being a success poison though?

Once again, very telling.

… clearly you haven't been in a Katy thread anytime in the last several years. And yes - Gaga has still had success this year. How are you going to say "might as well shorten it to TAB" when in the previous sentence you even said she's had victories? Having one of the most successful songs of the year isn't a small victory btw.
