She talked to Ariana and she helped her realize she needed a new team.
 

Ariana told her, "You don't need a manager, Cynthia. You already know what you want. What you need is a good label. What you need is a good team. You need people who understand your idea and can help you execute your idea."

 

Ariana introduced her to her label imprint. Now they're doing a joint venture. 

 

Ariana has been giving her feedback on the new music. 

 

Album is inspired by Enya and the way she uses her ethereal voice
