Apparently some people are blaming Sunny for doing damage to Kamala's election bid. 
 

The moment Sunny asked if Kamala would do anything different than Biden and she said "There is not a thing that comes to mind."

 

Sunny said the answer surprised her. She thought it was an easy lay up question that could've benefited Kamala had she answered differently.

 

Sunny knew the answer was a problem which is why she asked it again during the same interview. The second time is when Kamala said she would appoint a Republican to her cabinet.

A better training would've resolved this.

They should've saw the truth and prepared her (or other person) as a candidate last year, being rushed truly hurted her candidacy chances. 

I don't think the results would've been any different without this question, but it probably hurted her. 

 

But another tragic thing is Trump says 'they're eating the dogs, they're eating the cats"/still say that the last election was rigged and no one cares.

From what I've read, Harris knew before the episode was even over that she had messed up with her answer.  I've seen several people say this question is the reason they didn't vote for her, and today in the NYT a 25 year old that made her decision last minute in the voting booth said this was why she voted Trump. 

 

I think it's a pretty stupid reason to have voted Trump, but it clearly made an impact.

Yup, there was a very obvious double standard not only from the media but also from the American people. One candidate could literally dance 40 minutes on stage and not answer any questions and the other candidate had to be flawless.

Double standards aside, she really needed to have a better answer to this question. Like this should have been a core part of the first phase of her campaign. I know she didn't have as much time as standard candidates but...

it was an easy layup to answer too  there was no way her team didnt rehearse an answer to this question should it come up  that biden loyalty gave the repubs their strongest sound bite
