SoldierofLove Posted yesterday at 05:28 AM Posted yesterday at 05:28 AM They were talking about the lyric in Steve's new song: I sing the sad songs real good now "Sometimes, don't you feel, you're watching someone perform, and you're like, you could be the most talented person in the world but I don't believe you." "That's what I loved about the lyric. You know what it feels like now. You know how to sing this song right. You actually feel the lyrics." She said: If you can't convey the emotion like I do, don't sing it. I wonder if she believed Katy when she sang, "I believe the children are our future" 1
Onyxmage Posted yesterday at 05:53 AM Posted yesterday at 05:53 AM Its giving Kelly singing Since Youve Been Gone for the 3000th time looking dead behind the eyes. 1 11 1
RoseGold Posted yesterday at 05:54 AM Posted yesterday at 05:54 AM It's funny how subjective that is because in my opinion, she's not a very emotive singer. She's an amazingly gifted and technically profound one, but I've never been moved by her vocals. Doesn't take anything away from her, though. 9 1 7 1
Miles. Posted yesterday at 06:47 AM Posted yesterday at 06:47 AM Ironic. Kelly herself is guilty of this, which is why her Kellyoke covers rarely match up to the originals 1 1 6 4

She's an amazing singer but emotionally, she seems checked out alot of the time. Back in the day though, she could be very emotive. Have you listened to the live version of tightrope?

The only time she did was the Piece by Piece performance which it's her best performance and super powerful.

Popular Post Liafen Posted yesterday at 09:24 AM Popular Post Posted yesterday at 09:24 AM How are y'all thinking she's shading Katy when she literally said 'you could be the most talented person in the world' 18
ronald Posted yesterday at 09:52 AM Posted yesterday at 09:52 AM This is exactly how I feel about her. She sounds good but I feel nothing, I just dont connect with her for some reason. I rarely like her covers 1
Hobbes Posted yesterday at 10:26 AM Posted yesterday at 10:26 AM I love Kelly but she's guilty of this.

Gojira Posted yesterday at 11:14 AM Posted yesterday at 11:14 AM People trying to claim the most emotive singer out there doesn't show emotion. Some people must be dead inside.
Elementary Posted yesterday at 01:02 PM Posted yesterday at 01:02 PM She's dragging herself with that comment. She hasn't moved a single emotional fiber since the Piece by Piece era (ironically).

I get that her covers on her show aren't as passioned as her other performances, but she absolutely feels it still. 3
