Keke Palmer exposes Ryan Murphy and racist co-star on Scream Queens

Perhaps the most revealing Hollywood anecdote is about Murphy, who created the 2015 Fox show "Scream Queens," which Palmer co-starred on for two seasons. She describes how she'd been given her shooting schedule and arranged to fulfill another business obligation on a day off. But when that day rolled around, she writes, production told her that she was actually needed on set. She decided to keep her prior obligation, which she writes resulted in an angry phone call with Murphy in which he "ripped" into her and told her she was unprofessional.

"It was kind of like I was in the dean's office," she says now, reflecting on the interaction. "He was like, 'I've never seen you behave like this. I can't believe that you, out of all people, would do something like this.' "

Quote

"Scream Queens" — which also starred Roberts, Ariana Grande, Billie Lourd, Abigail Breslin and Lea Michele — does not seem like it was a positive experience for Palmer, per her book. In another part of the book, she describes how a white actor on the show, whom she calls "Brenda," once made a racist remark to her on set. Palmer writes that Brenda was upset over a clash with a colleague, and she tried to calm her down by suggesting that everyone "have fun and respect each other."

"Keke, literally, just don't. Who do you think you are? Martin F— Luther King?"

Can you please post this thread with unformatted text? It's impossible to read on dark mode. @Rush

Now are we talking about Lea "I'm going to sh*t in your wig" Michele or what?

Who do we think made the racist comment?

it was super obvious that Abigail Breslin had some type of beef / tension with Ariana and this definitely sounds like something she'd say

Ryan Murphy finally getting what he deserves omg..

also with regards to the racist comment, I'm going to go with Lea Michele, who is already known and has been exposed for racist comments on set for Glee. Emma Roberts is #2. "Keke, literally, just don't" is a line I easily hear coming out of Emma's mouth.

How is this exposing Ryan Murphy in any way, shape and form? Like idk if I'm reading it properly but she's just sayin Murphy called her unprofessional?

But if this is the beginning of people exposing Ryan Murphy...let it be so. I haven't seen a more obvious case of someone who uses its power to get what he wants and if you know you know.

Didn't Emma have a co-star in the past call her out for racist behavior? Wouldn't be surprised if it's her, but also Lea is there

Well the only one Keke doesn't follow on Instagram out of this list is Ms Rachel Berry, so I guess there's your answer
