Nicole Scherzinger and Pussycat Dolls founder Robin Antin settle 3-year legal battle

Nicole Scherzinger and Pussycat Dolls founder Robin Antin settled their three-year legal battle over the girl group's canceled reunion tour, Page Six can exclusively reveal.

Attorneys for Scherzinger and Antin jointly filed court documents Friday in Los Angeles stating that the "parties have reached a settlement in principle, subject to the execution of certain written agreements."

The notice, obtained by Page Six, did not disclose the terms of the settlement.

A source tells us that Scherzinger, 46, and Antin, 63, "actually came to a resolution months ago but needed some time to formalize the details."

In response to Friday's filing, the court canceled a jury trial that had been scheduled for Dec. 9 and replaced it with a hearing on Jan. 28, 2025, to dismiss the case. Scherzinger's lawyer, Stephen D. Rothschild, did not respond to Page Six's request for comment, while Antin's attorney, David S. Blau, had no comment.

Antin — who founded the Pussycat Dolls as a burlesque troupe in 1995 before they became pop stars in the early aughts with hit songs including "Don't Cha" and "When I Grow Up" — sued Scherzinger in September 2021 for allegedly refusing to participate in the group's first tour in a decade unless the frontwoman was given complete creative control and 75 percent of the profits.

Scherzinger's attorney called the suit "meritless" in January 2022, stating that the singer had simply asked to renegotiate an earlier contract after the COVID-19 pandemic repeatedly delayed the concerts, which intended to promote PCD's 2020 comeback single, "React."

That same month, Scherzinger announced the tour had been scrapped altogether — much to the surprise of her "incredibly disappointed" bandmates Carmit Bachar and Jessica Sutta, who claimed to have found out the news via the "Masked Singer" judge's Instagram post.

The drama came to a head in August 2022 when Scherzinger filed a cross-complaint against Antin, accusing the choreographer of mismanagement and misappropriating funds, which she denied.

However, Scherzinger — who is currently starring in "Sunset Boulevard" on Broadway — signaled in July that she was finally ready to move on.

"I love my Dolls. I love the Pussycat Dolls," she told the Daily Mail when asked about the likelihood of another reunion. "So, I always say never say never."

I think Nicole has been the better person here. Robin's lawsuit seemed desperate and unfair to Nicole

From the legal files released, Robin "obtained" AND spent over half a million dollars using Nicole's name. Nobody knew where the money went or what Robin spent it on. It all seemed very suspicious to me!

Hopefully everyone can move past it and Nicole is no longer unfairly blamed for the PCD tour getting scrapped.

We need Robin out of the picture for the reunion to actually happen. Pandemics could chill a bit too tho.

The tour would have been amazing and I actually loved React and all the performances they did, but I'm kind of glad that woman's bills were left unpaid

Scherzinger, 46

Wait a damn minute. Nicole is 46? I refuse to believe that!

Ugh I was so hyped for their comeback. "React" was such a bop. I fear that was the moment and it was ruined and now there's too many bad feelings. The other girls are sick of playing back-up to Nicole. Pussycat Dolls can't just be another Nicole Scherzinger pop career rejuvenation project.

She don't need that. Nicole is too busy taking Broadway by storm.

Swap Jessica out for Melody and we're good to go for a reunion down the line again.
