Lady Gaga movie leaves California taxpayers $20 million out of pocket

…And in return for a tax credit, the film gets made there. A $20M tax credit to get a $180M budget film ($360M with promo, but that isn't limited to California) is actually a really good deal for California and brought them more money.

You guys have no idea how the film industry works, do you? :skull:

Nah, baby. You ****** this one up, not the Monsters.

The film lost the studio over $200M, but your own source would show that it brought in $180M in revenue to California's economy while only costing California $20M in taxes.

This being the source though. https://www.realclearinvestigations.com/

Full of Qanon conspiracies about Covid, "Communist Kamala" stories and DEI being a left-wing conspiracy theory to replace the common "white American".

The "Via MSN" excuse to conceal that this is actually the news blog of a far-right extremist.
