i spit on haters Posted October 31 Posted October 31 I don't see what the issue is ? she had a sit down interview with Bernie before and articulated herself in a professional manner. She'll do the same at this rally. 4 1
superglowy Posted October 31 Posted October 31 Okay but can she speak over a beat or 6 and get the damn album out already? 5
Album Leak Posted October 31 Posted October 31 ...why? More importantly, didn't she herself disown both candidates on social media like few months back
Spicy Pisces Posted October 31 Posted October 31 She'll go live on twitter and the rally will plug it to screens and speakers wbk

I applaud her for changing her mind but I am surprised that they asked her, who has basically both side bad'ed this election cycle, is suddenly speaking in support of Kamala and she's getting the platform to do that. Like what is the strategy here?

Like what is the strategy here? Probably to convince people who are undecided/against both like she was 3

Raver Posted October 31 Posted October 31 Definitely not voting for anyone Cardi endorses. Jill Stein 2024! 1 1 6

ImpressMeMuch Posted October 31 Posted October 31 For the mess that she is both personally and professionally, I can't knock her history of using her voice politically. That said, she better not tell people to vote if they want her album or promote $WAP or her drunk whipped cream 1

She said she wouldn't endorse someone unless they supported Palestine or something like that (paraphrasing here) she probably saw how close the race was and changed her mind too

Like what is the strategy here? I mean this is a good thing no? The people who are abstaining from voting, hung up on a specific issue and assuming that means both sides are equally bad are the problem. Kamala's camp putting a spotlight on one who shaped up is good - it will inspire others to make the right (er... left) vote now, and then continue to apply pressure after. 1
