I heard it on the Law&Crime Network channel on Youtube in one of their reports on Cassie's lawsuit. Beyoncé allegedly stepped in and stopped Diddy from assaulting Cassie on one occasion.

By that logic, then the Carters would be listed as there are likely more photos of the two attending parties than those listed in the suit.
