The "Coulda Woulda Shoulda" singer surprised guests at City of Hope's Spirit of Life Gala in Los Angeles Oct. 22, where she presented chairman and CEO of AEG Presents Jay Marciano with the Spirit of Life Award, an honor presented by the cancer center to industry leaders who have provided significant contributions to the community. "I'm so honored to be here tonight, to be part of this wonderful and important evening," Céline told the crowd.
