KFC Posted Monday at 11:38 PM Posted Monday at 11:38 PM Is it a modern re-telling or is it set in ancient Greek times
Buffy Posted Monday at 11:43 PM Posted Monday at 11:43 PM Why is Nolan being secretive about what the movie is about? 3

This is the most "star" star cast there's been in a big budget/big acclaimed director major studio Hollywood film in a few years ig? Or maybe since movies like Dune or such?

Even when the camera followed him from behind just like in the game!

"Oppenheimer" was supposed to be (and deserved to be) Nolan's first official box office bomb, but "Barbie" literally saved that movie. It's already forgotten now. And even though Nolan won the Oscar, "Oppenheimer" kind of reminded everyone (the general audience) how overrated he is as a director. Yorgos Lanthimos was robbed. ...Vin Can't believe for once I totally agree with you.

Feanor Posted Tuesday at 03:05 PM Posted Tuesday at 03:05 PM The gag. The Odyssey is pretty fantastical tho and Nolan is more known for his grounded, "realistic" approach so idk how he's going to adapt all the fantasy elements of the story, especially effects-wise.
Spicy Pisces Posted Tuesday at 03:12 PM Posted Tuesday at 03:12 PM This gon be big. Sick of Tom Holland and Matt Damon though.
Kalmanta Posted Tuesday at 03:25 PM Posted Tuesday at 03:25 PM Spiderman 4 is scheduled to open one week later for now, but I guess it has to move. Two major tentpole movies starring Zendaya and Tom releasing only one week apart, marketing nightmare. And then Nolan also gets IMAX exclusivity for some weeks.
