Virgos Groove Posted October 21 Posted October 21 Quote India and China have agreed to a pact on military patrols along their disputed border in the Himalayas after a standoff that began with a deadly clash in 2020, India's foreign ministry said Monday. Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri said the pact is to lead to the "disengagement" of troops at the Line of Actual Control, the long Himalayan border shared by the two Asian giants. Misri did not specify whether it means the withdrawal of the tens of thousands of additional troops stationed by the two countries along their disputed border in northern Ladakh region, after their armies clashed in 2020. IBeMe Posted October 21 Posted October 21 This is huge. The US has been egging India on to agitate China and China has maximalist border demarcation demands so if works. Hopefully this foils Americas plan to use India as its attack dog. 1 1 1
noodlelymph Posted October 22 Posted October 22 We need BRICS to pan out and India is the odd one out here. Good sign 1 1
Letters From Adi Posted October 22 Posted October 22 (edited) Xi basically offered US a good chance to form an alliance with India but Dems messed it up by their regular shenanigans. The recent revolution in Bangladesh to install a puppet leader is just another part of CIA meddling. Watch Hasina get reinstated in a few years again (from Indian and Chinese backing) India and China have had historically good relations since time immemorial, the 1950-2020 phase itself is an aberration. So both China and India support Hasina? What about Imran Khan? Do both China and India support him? I thought India didn't like Imran Khan because he gave Chinese mining companies free run of the place.

CIA wants to set up a military base on St. Martin's island, Hasina denied the White House. Hasina exposed CIA Plans back in May and was forced to flee merely weeks later in August. She was also stupid enough to shoot many of the protestors which made her lose public sympathy, so her agreeing to their terms eventually couldn't help. https://www.eurasiantimes.com/us-desperate-for-military-base-in-bangladesh/ India has poor relations with Pakistan, but with Pakistan moving towards US again, we will probably see a realignment in geopolitics. India and China both have a neutral stance towards the US vs Russia thing as well. 1
