Arrows Posted October 21 Posted October 21 Taylor is just in a whole other league than anyone else 8 1
ChooseyLover Posted October 21 Posted October 21 But, but... I was told this was the year of Pop. Was I lied to?
Popular Post Calvin Posted October 21 Popular Post Posted October 21 (edited) B..but I was told TTPD flopped and certain green album is more consumed? Edited October 21 by Calvin 1 1 16
Popular Post Klein Posted October 21 Popular Post Posted October 21 Taylor with more than twice the numbers of #2 and nearly 5 times the second highest female artist. Insane but congrats and deserved for an immaculate discography. With how many female artists released this year, seeing only two in the top 10 is truly a shame though. 16 1
Bewitched Posted October 21 Posted October 21 Morgan really never got cancelled for being a racist tool and just bounced back but he's a country artist so it was expected… 1
Holiest Dreams Posted October 21 Posted October 21 The most shocking thing here to me is Drake and Zach being above Morgan

Wicked Posted October 21 Posted October 21 $uicideboy$ getting the bag, Orchard is just distribution. Noah and Zach have a great success to celebrity profile ratio. They can both probably walk around without security. Youngboy is in jail and still, crazy back catalog.
TayDuaStan Posted October 21 Posted October 21 Charli xcx, the one who released the most impactful album this decade (or so was I told), nowhere to be seen 8 2 1
Enrique523 Posted October 21 Posted October 21 Once again, the GAP between Taylor and the rest is just insane, she truly is in her own league. Even when other artists are successful they still can't get close to her 1

Just because a lot of internet people and politicians decided to jump into the green bandwagon doesn't mean Charli was more successful. In the REAL world Taylor is and remains the #1 TTPD is also nowhere near as disliked as we think, it's mostly OTHs saying the album is bad. Because of course they're gonna say that, they already made up their minds without even listening to it 5 1

Brat was definitively a career peak for Charli but it was never the mega-phenomenon people pretended it was, people were just EXTREMELY loud about it online. 5 1 1

Green Posted October 21 Posted October 21 Billie in the top 5 and second biggest female of the year the top 10 is: 2 pop artists (Taylor, Billie) 4 rap artists (Drake, Kendrick, Kanye, Travis) 4 country artists (Zach, Morgan, Luke, Post)

The way she always has to herself to other female rappers bc she knows she can't compete with other rappers or female artists in general 1
wastedpotential Posted October 21 Posted October 21 Oh Sabrina you've come so far Taylor making up 1/5 of Republic's numbers is actually a bit lower than I'd have expected

Although this magazine is counting separate now def jam is also part of Republic Corps umbrella. They have Republic (Taylor, Drake, The Weeknd, Ariana, Nicki, Lil Wayne…), Mercury (Morgan Wallen, Post Malone, Noah Kahan), Island (Sabrina, Chappell, Shawn Mendes) and Def Jam (Justin Bieber, and own most of Rihanna's and Drake's master albums) 1
