It's not the first time I see these stages open like that for some reason .. Justin Bieber and a lot of kpop artists also fall through those holes, I remember Taylor Swift's tour also had this one time but thankfully no one fell.

I think she was definitely in pain. The impact of the fall was completely on her arms. She should indeed fire the people responsible.
