DougAF Posted October 3 Posted October 3 (edited) "It is imperative to guarantee that women have autonomy in deciding their preference of having children, based on their own convictions, free from any intervention or pressure from the government," the Republican nominee's wife writes, amid a campaign in which Donald Trump's threats to women's reproductive rights have played a central role. "Why should anyone other than the woman herself have the power to determine what she does with her own body? A woman's fundamental right of individual liberty, to her own life, grants her the authority to terminate her pregnancy if she wishes." Edited October 3 by DougAF 2

Vespertine Posted October 3 Posted October 3 Seems like a way for the Trump campaign to speak out of both sides of its mouth and try to attract women to vote for Trump "because he'll listen to Melania!" 1 2
Bloodflowers. Posted October 3 Posted October 3 Slovenian mother spilled Only the first ever Balkan first lady 1
wastedpotential Posted October 3 Posted October 3 She's a lot of things and I question her motives here, but you cannot deny that she serves cvnt every waking moment 3
Afterglow Posted October 3 Posted October 3 Complete and utter BS. It's an attempt to sway voters. Shut up. 1

Junipero Posted October 3 Posted October 3 It seems like Donald renegotiated his pre-nup. Good for Melania.
Vrx. Posted October 3 Posted October 3 She will do whatever she can to sabotage that campaign after those horrendous Christmas tree decorations
Joey307 Posted October 3 Posted October 3 Looking for the Michelle Obama original version if anyone has it 2 1
thesegayz Posted October 3 Posted October 3 Liberalism isn't a thing. Left-leaning/pro choice/progressive/etc are all better fits. Liberal=rule of law i also don't know how much I buy it—she's super coy with saying "'my body my choice" and goes onto say that the slogan applies to pro life people too
Archetype Posted October 3 Posted October 3 (edited) Tr*mp, as much as I hate him, has supported abortion and pro-abortion policies for a long time before he ran for president. He just panders to his stupid audience as usual and says whatever they want him to. Edited October 3 by Archetype 1

He can personally support abortion (like he has in the past) but will publicly condemn it, or do nothing and let others restrict it. Nothing he says has any meaning to it. Narcissists only care about what benefits them.
Raphy23 Posted October 3 Posted October 3 Queen Watch she endorses Kamala next! She probably doesnt want to deal with the roles involved with being FW again.
Thickorita Posted October 3 Posted October 3 The right to abortion was in the constitution of Yugoslavia so this isn't surprising. It's never been a contentious issue in Slovenia because everybody simply grew up with it being normal and accessible. 3
Slap Posted October 3 Posted October 3 The ghost writer sneaking that in because they knew she wouldn't read it on the final edit.
