It seems you guys are conflating all of Diddy's parties with his freak offs. Why would he have people Bey and Rih at his sex parties where he gots off on telling sex workers what to do?

There's a clip of Bey, Solange and their mother at one of his parties. Yall think he invites a 65 year old grandmother to an orgy as well?

Btw, the case against him isn't about consenting adults participating in sex parties. It's the sexual abuse, drugging, threats, minor victims, that's illegal. Not A listers indulging in group sex. Now if they engaged in those behaviour too, by all means, rake them at the coals. But the internet is more interested smearing as many people as possible than treating his trysts with the gravity and delicacy it deserves. All for the clicks, I guess.

Spoiler

I see what you mean, it sounds like I said everybody who's ever been to a party thrown by PD was engaging in horrific acts, and obviously that's not the case.

The point I mean to more so get across is that while not everybody who's been to a Diddy party was beating someone lower on the totem pole in a backroom, Hollywood has a different set of rules, morals, and values. They might not have participated, but they knew it was happening, and they still went to rub elbows, and further themselves. To us, the things going on are horrific, in Hollywood, between celebrities, this is normalized. "Oh, but maybe they're pressured for silence and they're scared!" you always have a choice, and they're chosing to still particpate in the game by showing up. You can always just leave- the party, or the entertainment industry in general to escape its horrors. They're choosing  not to. They're profiting off it.

It seems like you're a Beyonce stan, so I don't want this to come across as some stan vs stan drag, because truly it's not. But yes, I do expect Diddy to invite Beyonce, Rihanna, and their families to parties were these things were going on in backrooms. They knew, they wanted to be there, celebrating and making business plans with that kind of evil. It benefits them more than it hurts them. And it wasn't just "sex workers" it was also young 17 year olds LIKE RIHANNA and USHER and JB looking for a chance in the industry who were being abused (on top of many more). And not to really come off as inflammatory, but Beyonce and Jay? Yeah, I don't trust it. I'll leave it here, we'll see what happens in the coming months regarding those 2.

We shouldnt be holding these people on such a high pedestal that we arent holding them accountable. Especially when a celebrity's job isn't even really about the art, it's about appearing favorably to you so youll continue to buy the art. In a sense, manipulating is a foundational part of being in the industry.

We should all ask ourselves "Do I view my fave like a swifitie does Taylor?"

Celeb worship needs to die. I say this as an extreme pop culture enthusiast since I was a gay little 4 year-old.

Sorry for this long mess.

All good but what you're implying doesn't align with what I've gathered. Like i said, Diddy's parties are being conflated. The freak-offs were held in hotels. I don't believe he's holding them at the same venue and same time as he's hosting A-listers and having them rub up against sex workers.

I just think the rumour spin is in bad faith cus social media needs it clicks and morsel of the month. The prosecution progresses too slowly for the lightning speed of the internet hence extrapolations, fabrication and sensationalism are employed to fill the gaps. Eventually the facts become immiscible from the theories.

I can understand why you'd reach those conclusions. Personally, unless evidence pops up, I don't find it beneficial (to victims) to cast aspersions. Agree to disagree.
