Given the excessive amount of cases coming out of nowhere, I question whether he's the only celebrity who should be incarcerated. There is significant corruption in this whole scenario , but he angered someone enough that he is facing consequences for it.

This man is a civil attorney, not a prosecutor. His job is to get money for his clients (and himself) from the powerful men they're accusing. He's dangling the threat of publicly releasing names in order to scare the other accomplices to come to the table and negotiate a settlement payment.

Update on the 3,000+ figure - the lawyer set up a hotline, and it took no less than 12,000 (!!!) calls in 24 hours. It's a "Herculean task", and they've got 100 people working on differentiating between victims, witnesses and legitimate cases etc. Also, the lawyer is planning to file even more suits against Combs.
