Limit the number of "deluxes". There is absolutely no reason for artists to be releasing literally +20 digital versions of their albums with each having 2 different "live"/"slowed down"/whatever bonus tracks. A maximum of 4 different tracklists for an album is more than adequate. 2. Don't allow digital download purchases of albums from an artist's site. Billboard already did this last year for digital singles after the scammery that was going on so it is high time to do it for albums too. iTunes, Google Play, Amazon are all there for people who want to buy an album digitally and is what the real select GP who still do so use. Artists sites for digital albums is solely for people aiding in chart manipulation. These two things would easily get rid of 95% of the fraud that's being done right now.
