NoAngelus Posted September 28 Posted September 28 WADA is appealing Jannik Sinner's steroid case to the Court of Arbitration for Sport—and seeking a ban of one to two years for the world No. 1. The World Anti-Doping Agency announced today it has appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport the result of Sinner's doping case. "It is WADA's view that the finding of "no fault or negligence" was not correct under the applicable rules," WADA said in a statement today. "WADA is seeking a period of ineligibility of between one and two years. "WADA is not seeking a disqualification of any results, save that which has already been imposed by the tribunal of first instance." https://www.tennisnow.com/News/2024/September/WADA-Appeals-Sinner-Doping-Case,-Seeks-Ban-for-Wor.aspx 1

The fact that he got to play against player few days ago who was banned for 9 months for the very same reason while Italy/ATP fought hard not just to hide the story from leaking but also to push him at #1. He reached #1 during period he should've been banned. Not to mention that when points from one of the tournaments were removed ATP refused to correct ATP ranking and award more weeks to Novak retroactively. Italian mafia in ATP works hard.

Unfortunately it won't because italian mafia is working overtime - just look at twitter. But the fact that WADA appealed proves that case was suspicions and he wasn't treated as anyone else.
