Ethel Cain defends Chapell Roan, drags Kamala

Try telling that to the tens of thousands of Arab-Americans in swing district Dearborn, Michigan that know murdered family and friends voting for Jill Stein that could very well swing the Electoral College and the election. Good luck with that.

You're voting for your interests and they're voting for theirs. Scare tactics of "voting third party is a vote for Trump" won't work because they know that Kamala's all talk and no action on an arms embargo and that it will continue during her hypothetical term.

I can't stand Jill Stein for multiple reasons but the hoodspa to complain about genocide as a "one issue" voter to those voters is on a level of such profound myopia.

I suppose they aren't the "average" American then, right? Good luck with that mentality.

Good luck to all of us if they successfully get Trump elected, who will end that war very quickly... and not in their favor.

And the alternative is Trump. So what now? US Presidents have always been pro-war.

But why is calling out candidates for shady stuff they do seen as 'divisive'? Is it better to just apply censorship so no one can talk about those issues and not even look for a solution in the long run? If no one calls them out they're just gonna keep on doing it. Isn't it supposed to be a 'democracy' :giraffe:?

criticizing kamala while trump is the only other option is pure clean cut insanity. dumb to the core. what this girl doesn't understand is that just because people are campaigning for her it doesn't mean that they support everything she says or does. how is this even a discussion right now. just speechless

Yeah no. Reasonable people with critical thinking aren't going to be held hostage to this absurd tyrannical standard of "If you express anything less than 100% praise of Kamala/Democrats, you are supporting fascism and you're okay with all minority groups being wiped out!!!!"

Going after a young queer celebrity, who's done so much tangible good for queer people, because she's voting for Kamala but isn't willing to stake her public reputation on her. And all this coming from chronically online nobodies who have done absolutely nothing with their lives to advance the causes they're attacking her about.

Let's blame the tens of millions that never vote for any presidential candidate ever first, including and especially in the battleground states :coffee2:

Obviously (duh), they said that in a different thread. I was just pointing out not to waste time with the fool.

Am I talking in tongues or something? Young voters are hesitant to vote because both parties support the genocide in Gaza, which is, like i said, one of the demographics' biggest current concerns. How about we keep holding Kamala accountable until she realizes she doesn't have a save win in her pocket and has to further support a ceasefire and arms embargo instead?

And is what I'm saying not clear enough?

US Presidents are notoriously pro-war.

Not voting is NOT a good choice this year, and will only hurt Kamala.

SMH. I'm taking my ass to the polls and voting Kamala and everyone should do the same.

Some of you are so SLOWWWW and infuriating, how come any criticism of democrats and Kamala is met with "oh so you want Trump?"

How do you make things so one dimensional and remove all nuance from what both of them are saying :celestial5:

Not endorsing Kamala doesn't even mean they aren't voting for her. And even if they don't vote democrat it STILL doesn't mean they are pro Trump.

Reading comprehension in the pits of hell paired with the rabid, incessant, hive-minded need to label anyone who dares speak against the DNC status quo as a 'Trumper!' creates total brainless idiot sheep I fear.

Very, very concerning that a large portion of users on here (and on social media) can't even begin to understand Ethel or Chappel's very clear cut words, instead disseminating and obfuscating them to frame their attacks.

Okay, sure, I think we should blame them too, but that's still not going to prevent their friends and family from being murdered by Trump's "GET THE JOB DONE NOW" stance.

Jill stein isn't Even electable. Trumps wants a muslim ban and wants pro Palestine American citizens deported.

Yes the genocide in the middle east is disgusting but the US has been doing way worse directly for decades.

Moral grandstanding on the issue for social media clout while being silent about the stuff going on in congo, the war in ukraine, the chinese slavery of muslim people ect is getting so tired at this point. With Kamala there's an actual chance that protesting during her presidency would do something. Jill is a russian asset, Trump wants palestine bombed into the ground. Like Use your critical thinking skills here please.

It's only going to hurt Kamala. You can't tell people to vote against Trump like their lives depend on it then scrutinize Kamala before she even gets voted in.

Also this answer is disgusting. Of course it comes from a place of privilege, but if another country spent billions of dollars to mur.d3r you and your family, you wouldn't be so chill about it. Just saying

Why have an option for third party if it's a vote for another party? That doesn't make sense? Sorry I don't understand the system but I wouldn't tell anyone what to do.

This is especially true considering how performative it is because they are still voting for Kamala.

I'll be voting third party because I don't allow myself to be bullied into voting for useless candidates via DNC shills :bird:

Reminder that Kamala was so unpopular she dropped out of the 2020 primaries before they even begun. Why does she deserve my vote?

What about still voting for Kamala and still being aware of all of the wrong stuff she's done? It takes like two brain cells to come to a conclusion like that

Would Ethel rather us vote for the pro-Israel candidate who is pro-choice, pro-middle class, pro-LGBT, pro-affordable housing, pro-Medicare, pro-overtime pay, pro-affordable child care, pro-climate protection, pro-small businesses, pro-gun restrictions, and pro-veterans…or the pro-Israel candidate who is against all of those things and wants to turn America into a fascist dictatorship? She's correct that it's unfair and unreasonable to make Chappell (or any celebrity for that matter) endorse a candidate if they're not comfortable doing so, but to proudly encourage those to either vote third party or sit this election out is wishing for Trump to win.

She is a ******* idiot, always has been, and no amount of undeserved praise for her backwards beliefs or her Nicole Dollanganger off Temu ass music will negate her blatant stupidity. **** her.
