There was zero spotify playlisting, didn't even make it onto New Music Friday.

Unlike the live version, the snare has been stripped and those chimes that gave it a mysterious atmosphere, have been turned down so low I can barely hear them now. The vocals also sound like a whole separate layer and not blended. Busta's verse is great but the mixing makes his voice sound like it's clashing with the beat… But the biggest complaint for me is why that stupid lil 90's whistle effect is the main track on the chorus and not the SAMPLE? The sample was in your face on the live version which was the highlight of the song! It builds but never gets there it's like it was intentionally made to be an interlude… I'm starting to think Chris Brown's team mastered How We Roll cuz the quality in that song everything flowed smoothly and this sounds so choppy. Well sis don't got a budget… The only MV's that had budget since she's gone independent were How We Roll and Jump (which was paid by Republic). The thing is Jump video prbly costed close to a million and flopped HARD. Then they cut ties with her ass… She's learned her lesson. A good MV is not gonna save a song if it isn't good. TESTES Posted October 11 Posted October 11 Honestly she just needs to work with fresh producers. Wassup would have been a 7/10 Album track. It's anoying as she is still able to do good songs like Low Key, BRB and Slow with Jackson Wang. To me it just feels like she doesn't care and that's it. She's set for life anyways.

But it got changed when Go Girl flopped.

Her being independent honestly exposed a lot, tbh She is definitely the type of artist that needs a STRONG passionate team, otherwise we get bs. HWR was good b/c of better writers & CB Goodwill. I mean this with every cell and bone in my body. She's no longer the performer she used to be. This was once her saving grace. She didn't even have a c section like her fans tried to lie and say. Her most recent performance shows that too because outside of the effects and back up dancers (who outdance her btw; this never used to be the case btw) she looks so stiff and limited. Her vocals were once progressing during the self titled era but now she seems to sound rougher than ever. She sounds like a hype man on stage when she's supposed to the vocalist of her songs. She's constantly half singing the lyrics and just shouting "yeah, come on, everyone having a good time?" Like girl you are not a DJ. Her music doesn't sell, nobody streams her music and her music videos lack quality. This used to also be another saving grace. Theres literally no purpose. I swear her stan base only consists of 20-40 people now and that's me being generous. Most of them are out of touch with today's music. A good handful are not but they are way too many enablers on her team; her Stan's included. She should focus on being Russ's cheerleader and maybe focus on her beauty brands that have also flopped. Her basic overpriced clothing line came and went. I feel like all of these different business sucked the creativeness out of her or something at the cost of still flopping. What a sad case.
